First，responsibilities
1 , is responsible for overseeing the effective implementation OQC inspection and tracking handle exceptions .
2 , the timely processing of customer complaints and returns, to ensure customer satisfaction , and respond to adverse reasons 8D reports based products and improvements .
3 , is responsible for overseeing the company 's reliability test and calibration equipment calibration effectively.
4 , the conversion of internal audit to perform customer specifications and customer quality requirements .
5 , statistics, analyzes the various stages of poor quality , and to promote improvements in various sectors , in order to reach the target .
6 , in a timely manner ( when there is a significant quality of new projects or abnormal ) review \ amended or re-enacted SOP, the book finished product inspection standards .
7 , with other departments to handle exceptions in a timely manner , to ensure the normal delivery of the product.
8 , to participate in the weekly quality meetings and company- related departments to promote the common improve quality .
9 , with the new product development process, process capability and MSA ( Measurement System ) and other analysis , and reporting .
10 , is responsible for weekly, monthly , and annual summary of the aggregated quality improvement tracking confirmation.
11 , called an internal meeting to investigate the proposed exception analysis .
12 , complete other tasks assigned by superiors .

Second, qualifications
1 , Education:
◆ electronics, microelectronics -related professional, college education.
2, the training experience:
◆ Trained related quality aspects such as QC seven tools , 8D , etc. ;
◆ received ISO9001, ISO14001 knowledge training.
3 experience :
◆ have three years to work with the industry quality management experience .
4 , skills and techniques :
◆ familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system ;
◆ measuring or test equipment operation and maintenance capability ;
Application analysis capabilities
◆ QC tools ;
◆ good organizational and communication skills, presentation skills , with some leadership ability, strong judgment, decision-making and coordination ;
◆ proficiency OFFICE software , UF ERP.
