First，responsibilities
1 , obedience to superiors , observe labor discipline , time , quality, quantity to complete the task.
2, responsible for the monthly work plan based on the equipment year, month, day maintenance, repair and make relevant records , efforts to improve equipment utilization rate , equipment in good condition .
3 , responsible for equipment ( plastic , cut tendons , water softening , printing and other equipment ) of routine maintenance , maintenance, carried out with the production change machines, transfer machines, to meet production needs.
4, responsible for periodic analysis , reporting equipment operating conditions , combined with abnormal quality, improve equipment made special efforts to improve equipment performance , improve product quality and quality.
5 , to assist the new equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance , to ensure the smooth acceptance of the device in a predetermined period is completed.
6 , do security work force , rolling blackouts are required to prepare well in advance switch , in case of a sudden power outage emergency measures should be in a timely manner .
7 , is responsible for the operation of equipment to grasp the problems encountered in time, can not handle or emergencies should be reported immediately to resolve .

9 , is responsible for production line inspection equipment , production equipment failure timely processing , lifting equipment utilization rate , the completion of the monthly production plan.

12 , is responsible for the area within the jurisdiction of 5S .

Second, qualifications
1 , Education:
◆ mechatronics, mold -related professional, college education.
2, the training experience:
◆ trained equipment management, equipment maintenance , product knowledge and other aspects of the company .
3 , work experience :
◆ More than 1 year semiconductor device package management , business equipment maintenance experience , excellent fresh graduate .
4 , skills and techniques :
◆ familiar knowledge of semiconductor device package , with some technical equipment maintenance , equipment management knowledge ;
◆ familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system.
◆ familiar with the relevant safety knowledge enterprise security management, fire management, etc. ;
◆ have good judgment, interpersonal skills and work skills;
◆ skilled use OFFICE, CAD, UF ERP and other office software.
