First，responsibilities
1 , responsible for solving the online process anomalies , timely analysis of poor and made to solve each problem .
2 , responsible for the introduction of new process and make it flow .

Second, qualifications
1 , Education:
◆ mechatronics, semiconductor or electronic related professional , college education .
2, the training experience:
◆ trained in project management , product knowledge and other aspects of the company .
3 , work experience :
◆ More than 1 year semiconductor device package business process management experience , excellent fresh graduate .
4 , skills and techniques :
◆ has extensive knowledge of the semiconductor device package ;
◆ familiar with product research and development -related knowledge ;
◆ familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system ;
◆ have good judgment, interpersonal skills and work skills;
◆ skilled application OFFICE software .
5 , attitude :
