First，responsibilities
1 , program to develop and revise documents and issuance .
2 , third-order and issued guidance documents to improve .
3 , internal quality systems auditor .
4 , try to help complete the new product , the development of the documentation, archive and organize relevant information.
5 , in charge of new products to help complete the evaluation of the products and materials.
6 , to assist in charge of new products ( including 0DM, OEM) development, evaluation and introduction of work ; and timely feedback and to deal with problems arising from new product introduction at the beginning .
7, to help executives develop new product development process and improve the relevant files.
8 , to assist with the competent and relevant units , raw material suppliers for regular audits.
9 , complete other tasks assigned by superiors temporary .

Second, qualifications
1 , Education:
◆ mechatronics, semiconductor or electronic related professional , college education .
2, the training experience:
◆ trained in project management , product knowledge and other aspects of the company .
3 , work experience :
◆ More than 1 year semiconductor device package business process management experience , excellent fresh graduate . 
4 , skills and techniques :
◆ has extensive knowledge of the semiconductor device package ; 
◆ familiar with product research and development -related knowledge ;
◆ familiar with the ISO9001 quality management system and ISO14001 environmental management system ;
◆ have good judgment, interpersonal skills and work skills;
◆ skilled application OFFICE software .
5 , attitude :
