Fujitsu to accelerate overseas acquisitions to strengthen overseas business |
| Fujitsu has acquired a software development center in Germany’s Infineon Technologies and Freescale Semiconductor RF products for the production of intellectual property rights, in an effort to strengthen its overseas operations. NEW YORK, Sept. 3 reported that Fujitsu (Fujitsu Ltd.) Has acquired a portion of the semiconductor business in the U.S. and Europe, as the company seeks to strengthen its overseas operations. In Europe, the Fujitsu company to one trillion yen from Germany Infineon Technologies AG (Infineon Technologies AG) subsidiary Comneon GmbH took over a local software development centers and 50 engineers. The R & D center will design chip-board system software that supports Fujitsu car navigation system and instrument display products. In the United States, its subsidiary Fujitsu Microelectronics (Fujitsu Microelectronics) invested about 2 billion yen acquisition of Freescale Semiconductor, Inc. (Freescale Semiconductor Inc.) Produce RF (radio frequency) analog to digital converter required intellectual property rights, the converter the core components of a mobile phone.
